PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is to prepare each case for trial utilizing technology to level the playing field, videotaping each witness, searching for the truth of each case by understanding every nuance and digging as deep as we can.

We treat witnesses with respect and encourage civility and collegiality with opposing counsel. A good settlement is better than a great trial verdict ten out of ten times but it must be a good settlement.

We work our cases together and assemble a team necessary to the particulars of a given case.

We believe in persistence, patience, and perseverance. We counsel people during insurance claims and encourage a view that litigation should be the last resort after efforts to solve the problem are exhausted. We don't take cases purely to pressure a principle, and we evaluate cases and clients carefully before committing.
